Rosemary Trout al Cartoccio

Course: Main Entrée
Servings: 6

 
Ingredients & Instructions:
6 whole drawn stream trout
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
6 sprigs fresh rosemary
1/3 cup olive oil

 
Bake trout for 20 minutes, or until fish begins to flake. Using scissors, cut packets down center to open. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over trout, if desired.
