Pheasant Nibbles

Servings: 2

 
Ingredients & Instructions:
1 boneless pheasant breast, skinless
¼ cup all purpose flour
¼ cup butter
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic cloves
1 lemon

Toss pheasant chunks in flour along with all other ingredients. Fry in skillet on medium-high heat. Serve immediately.
