Ingredients & Instructions: 1 pheasant cut into serving pieces 1 egg ½ cup milk ½ cup flour ½ cup cornmeal Fat ½ cup chopped onion 1 cup water
Mix egg and milk. Dip pheasant pieces into mixture. Place flour and cornmeal in plastic bag. Add pheasant and shake. Brown pheasant in fat. Place in baking dish; add onion and water. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
