Lemon Pepper Venison Jerky
Favorite of Bill & Nancy Cheuvront - Harbor View, Ohio

Servings: 20

 
Ingredients & Instructions:
2 lbs venison cut in strips
2/3 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 ½ tablespoons lemon pepper

Soak meat in sauce overnight. Dry in food dryer at 160 for about 6 hours.
