Duck Supreme

Course: Main Entrée
Servings: 3-5

 
Ingredients & Instructions:
2 wild ducks quartered
1 can mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup
Nature Seasoning
Small red potato
Carrots

Season ducks with nature seasoning, or salt and pepper. Brown in a little oil in electric fry pan. Add soups and 1 can of water. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Cover and simmer 1 hour or until tender. Add more water as needed.
